These Terms apply to the ErlebeMomente website, products, checkout, orders and related services. By placing an order, you agree to the version available at that time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. Products are intended only for adults. You must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
Products and information
We aim to present products, ingredients, prices and images accurately. Screen colours and packaging appearance may vary slightly. Product packaging and legally required label information should be reviewed before use.
Our honey-based product is a food supplement containing ingredients including honey, maca, ginseng and L-arginine. It is not medicine, does not replace a varied balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, and is not offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Do not exceed the recommended amount shown on the packaging.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may review payment, availability, address information and fraud indicators. The contract is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order.
We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, obvious price or description errors, failed payment, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or an undeliverable address. If payment was collected for a cancelled order, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices and currency are displayed before checkout is completed. Applicable shipping charges and other disclosed amounts are shown before payment. Payments are processed by the payment methods and providers available at checkout. You authorise the applicable provider to charge the total shown.
Delivery
The usual estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days. Dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, holidays, customs, weather, order volume or events outside reasonable control. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Full details are available in our Shipping Information.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately if you want to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist, but cannot guarantee changes after processing, packing or dispatch has begun.
Returns and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Consumable products normally must be unused, unopened, sealed and in their original packaging, unless damaged, defective or incorrect. Contact support before returning anything. Approved return-shipping costs are covered by ErlebeMomente. Refunds are sent to the original payment method after review. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Responsible use and warnings
Read all packaging information before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, allergy or intolerance, obtain advice from a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before use. Stop use and seek advice if an unwanted reaction occurs. Keep products out of reach of children.
Website use and intellectual property
Store content, branding, design, copy and graphics are owned by or licensed to the store operator and may not be copied, resold or commercially exploited without permission. You must not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, scrape restricted data, impersonate another person or use the services unlawfully.
Third-party services
Payment providers, delivery services, ecommerce infrastructure and other third parties support the store. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for independent third-party websites.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, business loss, misuse of products, inaccurate customer information or delays outside reasonable control. Our responsibility for defective or misdescribed goods remains subject to mandatory law.
Operator and general provisions
ErlebeMomente is a trading brand of Erlebe Limited, United Kingdom. The registered company number, registered office and jurisdiction must be stated in the Legal Notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may update these Terms for operational, legal or service changes; the current version is published here. Applicable UK law governs these Terms, without removing mandatory protections available to Swiss consumers or rights to bring a claim before a competent court.
